Tahoe Donner Addition
The owner of this family retreat wanted to be able to accommodate his family and their spouses. It was decided to expand over the garage since the up sloping lot and site did not easily allow an addition outside of the existing footprint. The roof was raised and dormers added to allow for a new bedroom, study, bathroom and storage nook. The new rooms are easily accessible from the original floor plan and the added areas are getting good use.
